PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTER IN The Continuing Educational Programs FOR The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, BY CLICKING ON THE ICON AGREE YOU WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGE AND COMMITMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The basic terms:

  • Those who want to join the Short Courses Programs must fill out an application form before the stipulated deadline.
  • Applicants must ensure that all information and documents are correct and up to date, including all contact information such as email, phone number and CV; any false or incomplete information will be disregarded.
  • Applicants who meet registration requirements will receive conditional approval to join the program until they agree to all terms and conditions for the course they have applied to. Registration also depends on the number of available seats for each course.
  • All short course applicants should be reviewed and evaluated by the admission committee of The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts before being accepted as a trainee into the program.
  • Training certificates will be issued upon completion of the respective training program with the trainee’s name – presented at registration.
  • All trainees are to receive an attendance certificate from The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, provided that they successfully complete the course.
  • The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts has the right to record through photography or videography any training programs for media purposes.
  • Trainees must take responsibility and pay for their own transportation and pay for them to and from course sites.

 

Time and attendance

  • Trainees do not have the right to obtain a completion certificate if they do not achieve the required attendance approved by TRITA.
  • However, an exemption to this may be granted if a satisfactory excuse acceptable to the committee is provided.

Intellectual property rights

  • Trainees agree not to share or reproduce any course contents or publish any audiovisual materials on social media except after obtaining official approval from the Institute; considering that such intellectual property belongs to The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts.

The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts has the right to retain any produced works during the training program while respecting the intellectual property of the artist
